3) How do I make a return or an exchange?

Click on the Merchandise Returns link in the lower left hand corner of the site for details.

4) How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are shipped when ALL items are in stock. If all items are in stock, your order will ship within 5 business days. If some items are back ordered, please allow up to three weeks for your order to be shipped.

5) How will the order arrive to me?

All orders are shipped via US Postal Service. Typical delivery is 2-3 business days after the order ships from our warehouse.
